As Kendall County Circuit Clerk, I will use my many years of business experience to better manage the office staff. The turnover rate is far too high. For instance, the office is on their third Deputy Chief in the last six months. No office can run effectively with that kind of rapid turnover. For more than twenty years I have owned and operated multiple small businesses in the area. I know how to stick to a budget, meet a payroll, and manage a staff efficiently. I will place a priority on our shared values of fiscal responsibility and open, transparent government. Everything that happens in that office is public information. I will modernize the office to put as much information on-line as is legally possible.
